Shipping Policy

All packages ship from New Jersey, USA. All in stock orders will ship in 3 - 5 business days.

All special orders will be completed in the order they were received and will ship upon completion.  This could run 4-5 weeks depending on how busy the studio is at time of order.

All packages go through USPS First Class or UPS.  Client is responsible for shipping and insurance fees.  Should package or product arrive damaged, client must contact studio upon receipt of package.  Photos must be taken of damaged product, packaging and shipping box.  Please retain all packing materials until claim has been accepted by shipping co.
